Pronto Xi Service Scheduler is a Windows application with an easy to use graphical user interface. A simple drag and drop allows you to allocate calls to available engineers, move calls to another date or time and reallocate a call to one or multiple engineers.

Maintenance Management

Using Pronto Xi Maintenance Management as your central Equipment Register will lead to improvements in your asset utilisation and resource productivity, as well as reducing disruptive breakdowns and maintenance costs. This effective tool will assist you in improving equipment performance and minimising stock holdings while ensuring that the right parts and manpower are available when required.

Preventative / Predictive Maintenance
Pronto Xi Maintenance Management allows maintenance schedules to be created based on user-defined attributes. Resources required such as labour, tools, parts and special purchases can be assigned in order to assist in forecast planning.  In addition, condition monitoring points can be configured to provide alerts based on known engineering limits, including the automatic generation of work orders to aid detection and analysis before a failure occurs.

Equipment Register
Details relating to equipment identification can all be accessed from Pronto Xi's central Equipment Register. Budgets and actual costs incurred can be reported, queried or graphed by item per period per year for labour, materials and usage.  Equipment performance measures such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) are automatically recorded against each equipment record.

Rental Management
Pronto Xi Rental enables you to create, record and track rental contracts. It is a fully integrated, flexible tool which offers you product and contract traceability and the capability to streamline your processes. Pronto Xi Rental includes:

Easy Contract Management
The rental contract defines the units rented and the conditions of a rental item within Pronto Xi.  For maximum flexibility, you can record a rental unit as both a serialised item and a fixed asset. These can appear on the contract as units, additions or options, allowing you to implement a rental lifecycle best suited for your business model.  Identifying the equipment in Pronto Xi Fixed Assets allows you to account for asset depreciation. The asset record for the unit is linked to its serial number by an asset identification number.  Pronto Xi Rental stores all the rental details of the item, such as its current contract, rental rate and serial number.  The item's product group can also be used to determine the General Ledger postings of rental income.
