Where you’d be working:

This Professional Services Consultant role will be based in our Adelaide office, servicing both SA & WA based customers. The consulting team includes professional services, project managers, business solutions, support and sales.

What you’d be doing (your day will look like this): 

Our ERP Implementation Consultants use their business consulting skills and experience in finance, manufacturing and/or distribution supply-chain industries. Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with our Project Managers, our Professional Services Consultants will be responsible for:

• Implementing Pronto Xi
• Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements
• Designing solutions to meet with those requirements
• Document system configurations
• Perform system testing
• Deliver end user training
• Manage customer business improvements.

About you

We’re looking for new Professional Services Consultants who have:

• Ability to gather business requirements and design solutions to meet with the requirements
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Systematic and logical approach to problem resolution
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent client focus with a drive to deliver and exceed client expectations
• Pronto Xi experience (Desirable) however we will strongly consider experience with other ERP/accounting software solutions
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong understanding of core business processes as well as an in-depth understanding of the processes within the operation areas listed

 

To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you’d need to have:

• Successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business.
• Business consulting experience or relevant industry experience
• Ability to demonstrate your relevant business and functional experience
• You will possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to influence internal and external stake holders
• Able to demonstrate strong commercial understanding
• Excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about customer service and delivery excellence
• Willingness to travel interstate or internationally on an adhoc basis
