Where you’d be working:
Our Solution Partner Lead role will be based in our Forest Hill office, as part of the Reseller and Solution Partners team.
What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):
The focus of this role is to strategically develop the Pronto Software partner ecosystem, building strong relationships both internally and with customers to identify the required features and services that are not provided by Pronto Software. The Solution Partner Lead is responsible for externally connecting with key partner business executives and stakeholders to develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth by:
- Working closely with the Reseller and Solution Partner team to identify and deliver strategic projects
- Engaging with all Partners to ensure their ongoing business engagement with Pronto Software
- Being the lead point of contact for all operational matters, developing strong business relationships, and manage high severity requests or issue escalation
- Liaise with product specialists to manage ongoing integration requirements
- Forecast and track key account metrics e.g., revenue results and forecasts
- Identify third party products and services requirements as identified by internal stakeholders, customers and prospects
- Prepare detailed business case documentation including enablement costs, pricing, revenue projections, competitive options, and recommendations
About you
We’re looking for a new Solution Partner Lead who has:
- Excellent business understanding and acumen and relationship skills
- Experience in managing partners in the Software Industry
- Strong negotiation/influencing skills
- Results orientated, sales outcome focused and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Management skills and experience in leading a team
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Hands-on, attention to detail and rigorous attitude
- Self-motivated and mature work ethic
