Where you’d be working:

This Business Development Manager role is part of our NSW Branch team based in our North Ryde Sydney office. The NSW Branch incorporates professional services, project managers, business solutions, support and sales.

 

What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):  

Your business consulting skills and experience within a software or technology sector will assist you in this role. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet customer needs. Our Business Development Managers are responsible for:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development
  • Lead Generation and Client Engagement
  • Sales and Negotiation
  • Relationship Management
  • Collaboration and Reporting

About you

We’re looking for a new Business Development Manager who has:

  • Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you’d need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on ERP solutions or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Must have a current driver’s license
  • Must have own vehicle available for work purposes
  • Must have current passport and able to travel interstate and overseas if required
