About the position

About our Pronto Woven Consultant opportunity: 

Reporting to the Woven Production Team Lead and working directly with corporate clients who use our ERP integrated solutions, our full-time Consultant provides consulting services for the implementation and delivery of digital projects within Woven’s product and solution suite.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital background and a passion for helping organisations navigate and succeed in their digital journeys.

Our Woven Consultants:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Design and implement digital strategies that align with clients’ business goals and enhance their operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for implementation, integration, and optimisation.
• Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations to improve clients’ use of technology and data.
• Manage time, billings and clients to maximise revenue opportunities, provide service excellence and complete tasks undertaken.
• Liaise with other Pronto departments
• Provide feedback to the Team Lead, Project Manager, Account Manager and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing team process and product improvement initiatives.
• Deliver and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Demo and train and support clients’ staff on new solutions and processes to ensure seamless adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation and ERP system and contribute to our internal knowledge base

About you

We’re looking for a Consultant who has: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP consulting, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specific experience in Pronto Xi is desirable.
• Experience with CMS and ecommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify, specific knowledge in Pronto Xi Avenue CMS is desirable
• Experience with API-based integrations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
