Where you’d be working:

This Consultant (Supply Chain) role will be based in our Head Office in Forest Hill, Melbourne. The consulting team includes professional services, project managers, business solutions, support and sales. The team work closely with customers including onsite visits to undertake customer requirements.

 

What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):  

Your business consulting skills and experience in a Supply Chain/Distribution environment will assist you in this role. Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with our Project Managers, our Professional Services Consultants are responsible for:

  • Implementing Pronto Xi
  • Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements
  • Designing solutions to meet with those requirements
  • Document system configurations
  • Perform system testing
  • Deliver end user training
  • Manage customer business improvements

About you

We’re looking for a new Professional Services Consultant who has:

  • Strong Business Consulting skills and able to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding
  • Strong understanding of core business processes as well as an in depth understanding of Supply Chain and/or manufacturing operational requirements
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to plan, prioritise and organise your time, project schedules and work on concurrent projects
  • Experience in the producing quality user documentation
  • Strong ability to design solutions to meet with client’s business requirements
  • Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in mid to large scale ERP projects
  • Pronto Xi experience and skills will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, written and client facing
  • Excellent stakeholder, issue, scope management skills
  • Ability to identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting environment
