About the position
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager for the SA & WA Branch at Pronto Software, located in Adelaide, SA. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SA & WA Branch, managing a team, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the branch achieves its targets and objectives.

- Experience in a senior management role, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Experience in driving business growth and achieving targets
- Knowledge of the ERP software industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience
